Against the backdrop of the escalating COVID-19 pandemic around the world, we have tried to keep our doors open, operating with rigorous health and safety measures to protect our customers and our team. As the pandemic has altered the way we operate, it is with a heavy heart we announce the permanent closure of our skin centre at Orchard Plaza. While this pandemic has turbocharged our shift to operate fully online, we are pleased to inform you that since the launch of our online store, we have been going stronger as ever. Our primary vision has always been to provide men, women and children with superior state-of-the-art skincare, and our online presence now means you have complete access to our range of formulations without ever needing to leave your front door.
We have been receiving alot of your feedbacks and am delighted to hear how positive they are. It is a constant comforting reminder to us of why we are here to stay. We are determined more than ever and fully committed to providing quality customer service. With this in mind, my staff and I are contactable by phone and/or text if you need any assistance.
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all deliveries will no longer require a signature. Our team and delivery partners are being extra vigilant with cleaning and sanitising to ensure your orders are delivered safely to your door.
If you have yet to hear about our “Virtual Appointments”, it is your personalised skin consultation accessed via video chat. This is FREE and I will be your personal virtual skin consultant should you need a diagnosis or product advice. We think it’s pretty fabulous and we’d love you to be a part of it. Make a booking with us via WhatsApp and we will get you on our next available time slot.
