How do I sign up for DermaCare Therapeutic Skincare newsletter?
You can sign up to receive the newsletter at the bottom of each page of our website. You will receive an email after you have subscribed with a code for free shipping above SGD80 on your first order to be applied. Please note this code is not valid in conjunction with any other order or promotion and must be entered in the discount code section at check out to be valid.
How can I pay?
We accept Amex, Mastercard or Visa cards. If you are using a credit card, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment. You can also choose to pay with PayPal - you will be sent to the official PayPal site to complete your payment. Once you have done this, you will be redirected back to our website to confirm your order and finalise payment.
We now accept PayNow payment method for Singapore customers. This is a manual payment process so you will be required to send us a screenshot of receipt in order for us to begin processing your order.
Is GST Included in my order?
Yes, all prices are GST inclusive.
Where is my order confirmation notification?
Upon completing your purchase a confirmation email and invoice will be forwarded to the email address provided at time of ordering. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder just in case.
If you choose to enter a phone number in place of an email address, you will receive your order confirmation and shipping updates by SMS to your mobile phone.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Singapore within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes between 2-3 working days. Please contact us to request for delivery ETA.
What should I do if I've forgotten my password?
Select 'Forgot your password?' on the My Account page to create a new password via email. If you experience any issues simply check out as a guest and be sure to contact our support team so they may add your order to your user account.
