Regrettably due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on non-faulty items. Return for refund policy is not applicable for wrong colour or product choice for purchases made in-store or online. Nor do we refund for a change of mind.
PLEASE NOTE: It is normal for our products to sometimes have subtle and unavoidable variations in colour, texture or scent. This may occur between the batches with our natural products. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
While Touchskin products do not have any known irritants and are extremely unlikely to cause an adverse reaction, we recommend that you get product advice from us if you have an allergic reaction to a known ingredient.
If this is your first time purchasing from us, we recommend that you book a virtual appointment first before purchasing our products. During your appointment with us, you will get skin diagnosis and advice on product and routine suitability. This service is always free as our commitment is to get you on a journey to healthier and clearer skin.

Beautiful Elite member benefits are only applicable on in-house purchases and services at our skin centre. As our skin centre is no longer in operation (read our current COVID-19 statement), we have withdrawn our Beautiful Elite program. While Beautiful Elite member benefits can no longer be used, we have various offers that are exclusive to our online store to ensure that you get the most out of your experience with us.
